WHAT IS POSTPARTUM DOULA SUPPORT?

A postpartum doula is a professional support person skilled and trained at supporting the whole family in their home after the birth of a new baby. A doula offers judgement free guidance, education, and hands-on support. Families who hire a postpartum doula often feel more confident and cared for as they adjust to the addition of a new baby.

As your postpartum doula, I would support you by helping with newborn care, recovery from birth, feeding support, and household management, including meal preparation, laundry, and nursery organization. I can also help navigate the new baby adjustment for older siblings. I would love to work with your family! I strive to be a reliable, supportive, respectful, and loving presence during this special time for families and I am confident you’ll benefit from and appreciate all the help I offer.
